Neil
B. Strodel is currently Associate
Vice President for Human Resources
at Syracuse University in Syracuse,
New York. He leads a staff of 39 professionals
serving the university's 7,500 employees
in areas including employee relations,
benefits administration, training
and development, employment practices,
regulatory compliance, and strategic
planning. Previous professional experience
includes Vice President for Human
Resources for Syracuse China Corporation
and Human Resources Manager for ITT/Goulds
Pumps. He holds a master's degree
in business administration from Syracuse
University and a bachelor of science
in industrial labor relations from
Cornell University. Strodel teaches
graduate level courses through Cornell's
Cooperative Extension Center and is
a frequent speaker for human resources
organizations such as CUPA, SHRM,
and IRRA. Strodel is an Army veteran. |

Lisa
M. Morrow is currently Vice
President and General Manager for
Galaxy Communications in Syracuse,
New York. Reporting to the Chief Executive
Officer, she directs all programming,
sales, marketing, operations, new
business development, customer and
public relations for this multi-format,
multi-city radio corporation. In 2001,
she received the prestigious National
Director of Sales Award from Radio
Incorporated. Previous positions include
Director of Sales, Account Executive,
Media Buyer, and Traffic Coordinator
in both radio and television. Morrow
is a certified paralegal and holds
an associate’s in business administration
from Syracuse University. In addition
to her experience training sales and
marketing professionals, she is a
frequent business speaker at high
schools and local universities. Her
volunteer work includes Special Olympics
and the American Heart Association. |

Timothy
S. Novak, CMPE, MSA, is Chairman
and CEO of Surgical Safety Products,
Incorporated in Sarasota, Florida.
In 2002, Novak led the merger of C5
Health and Surgical Safety Product,
Inc., creating a multi-product publicly
traded healthcare company. Recently,
he was named to the national board
of directors of The CEO Council, a
non-profit SEC advisory association
based in Washington, D.C. His professional
experience includes Regional Vice
President for Women’s Health
Partners, Vice President of Professional
Relations with The Physicians, Inc.,
and a licensed (SEC series 6 &
63) independent financial services
agent with USPA & IRA. He received
his bachelor of science degree from
Bowling Green University and his master’s
degree in general administration from
Central Michigan University. An Army
veteran, he served in the Medical
Service Corps in Oahu, Hawaii. |

Thomas
D. Novak is a professional
trainer based in Southern Indiana
whose experience includes senior recruitment
work with Fortune 500 companies, managerial
positions with Tower Automotive, a
tier one subsidiary of the Ford Motor
Company, Newell-Rubbermaid, an insulated
home products division within Winfield,
Kansas and over five years photo processing
experience with such companies as
Candid Color Systems and Qualex of
Chicago. An Army veteran, Captain
Novak served as a missile launch officer
and tactical nuclear weapons expert.
He is a graduate of the Defense Language
Institute (DLI) in Monterey, California
and speaks fluent German. He holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications
from Bowling Green State University
of Ohio. |
