It is extremely motivating and a solid investment in continuous improvement. Executive mentoring is also an effective element of a progressive retention strategy - working to reduce costly turnover. Project Looking Glass has been extremely successful with individuals, small groups, or entire levels of professionals numbering 100 or more.

Executive mentoring is also available as an on-going initiative. This service is usually most appropriate for senior and mid-level professionals who desire personalized coaching over an extended period of time.
